I've looked at the compatibility matrices, and it appears that I should be able to do this in steps, meaning I should be able to upgrade UCCX and SocialMiner to 11.5SU1 without having to upgrade the rest of my servers right away. I've never done an in-place upgrade, (When we went from 8.5-10.5, we deployed and rebuilt the environment) so I have a handful of questions from those that have. With the exception of SocialMiner, all of our VMs are running in HA. We are currently running CUCM 10.5, IMP 10.5, Unity 10.5, UCCX 10.6, and SocialMiner 10.6. After pushing back our upgrade once I learned of SU1's release, I am ready to kick-off the first leg of my upgrade process.
